I am inspired by poetry and scripture and the wisdom of the greats in the same way I am inspired by music.  I want it all around me, on my canvas, on my walls, rolling off my quill and back again to the center of me.   I approach the calligraphic arts with reverence and patience and discipline. I have much to learn and much to say.  With pigments and nibs I now have one more way to speak and to move others in love.  Words have power.
